Japan 1950-1970 $200.00 "A light stone grey vintage chirimen silk covered in tropical motifs. The panel is yuzen dyed and then afterward was accented with some opaque white brushwork. Many of the florals and fronds have metallic gold outlining. Because this is a chirimen its hand is heavier than a rinzu but it still maintains a great drape. This piece is in great condition in terms of the dyed motifs. There is some patina and fading in the solid grey areas as well as a small spot at one edge. 14" x 64 " 1220Contact Us About This Item: |
